Documment Wallet includes the Documment Wallet App, website, features, and other associated services. Documment Wallet provides Image Posting, Video Posting and other services to users. Documment Wallet includes social and interactive features. This is our Privacy Policy, which helps explain our information practices.

If you install, use, access Documment Wallet or any of its features, you have read and accepted the terms of this Policy. You have also accepted the Documment Wallet ‘Terms and Conditions and Content Policy’, ‘Community Guidelines’ and other terms which are available on the Documment Wallet App, Documment Wallet Website, and otherwise. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The validity, construction and enforceability of these Terms and Content Policy, the Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Either party may refer such dispute for final resolution by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The Tribunal shall consist of three (3) arbitrators. Each party shall appoint 1 (one) arbitrator and the two arbitrators shall appoint the third arbitrator. The arbitration proceedings shall be held at Bangalore. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.

Subject to the above, the Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Please provide us a month to respond with the information and two months if the request is too complicated to fulfil within a month.

However, withdrawing your consent will not affect the processing or use of your information prior to fulfilling your consent withdrawal request.
